Yes. The connector facilitates two-way communication between ADP Workforce Now® and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. ADP acts as the primary Human Resource System of Record (SOR) for employee demographics, positions, and departments. However, new hires and worker terminations originating inside D365FO can also be pushed back to ADP, and timesheet data is synced bi-directionally with customizable field mappings.

The product is listed on both the official Microsoft AppSource and the ADP Marketplace (App #299532). Clients can review subscription tiers and licensing on the ADP Marketplace and schedule architectural onboarding directly with Guru Group.

The connector includes an integrated Company Mapping form inside Dynamics 365. Administrators can map varying ADP company codes and organization identifiers directly to D365FO legal entities (DataAreaId), ensuring employee records, ledger accounts, and timesheets post to the correct subsidiary.

Our connector features an automated retry mechanism. If a temporary network interruption or ADP API rate-limiting event occurs, failed sync events are queued in the Execution Log and automatically re-attempted during subsequent batch runs without manual re-entry.

The ADP payroll ledger report is imported directly through the connector’s secure batch service into Microsoft Dynamics 365 General Journals. Mapped financial dimensions and main accounts ensure payroll entries, benefits, and tax liabilities match your chart of accounts with full audit validation.
